Peasenhall Local History Recorder

Peasenhall's Local History Recorder is Steve Pewsey.  He can be contacted on 01728 660347 or by emailing pewseycommercial@mail.com.

The scheme is run by the Suffolk Local History Council throughout Suffolk.  They administer a network of volunteers, like Steve, to ensure that the present is adequately recorded at a local level for the future.

Steve will note significant happenings in Peasenhall and collect local magazines, leaflets, election pamphlets and newspaper cuttings.  At the end of each year, he will submit a short report summarising all the activities in Peasenhall.  The reports are deposited at the Suffolk Record Office and will be available to future researchers together with the collected items.  For further information about the scheme please visit the Suffolk Local History Society website www.slhc.org.uk.

If you have any items or news which you think may be of interest please contact Steve on the deatails above.
